Our silhouette of a traditional American-style scotch ale. Malt is the leading characteristic, yet not overpowering. You will get an initial sweetness with caramelization followed by moderate fruity esters. There are also undertones of a subtitle peaty character that lingers in the background with a complex grainy, creamy caramel finish.
